We are hiring two ERP Implementation Consultants

to join the Professional Services team in Lisbon. Both roles share the same core DNA, end-to-end software implementation experience, strong technical skills and a client-facing mindset, but differ in seniority and scope.

1) Consultant – Technical Implementation

A hands-on technical profile, focused on the execution of software implementations from kick-off to go-live.

• Technical implementation of software across ERP, SAP or Microsoft environments
• SQL scripting, database management and data mapping
• Integrations, APIs and troubleshooting during implementation
• Software automation and customisation
• Close collaboration with clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle

What we're looking for:

2 to 3 years of experience in software implementation or technical consulting, strong SQL skills, scripting and automation experience, APIs and integrations background, and comfort in client-facing environments. German is a strong plus.

2) Lead Consultant – Software Implementation

A more strategic profile, responsible for leading complex implementations and owning the relationship with technical and functional stakeholders.

• Technical leadership of complex, multi-site software implementations
• Solution design and definition of implementation architecture
• ERP / MES integrations and enterprise system connectivity
• Manufacturing automation workflows and shop-floor operations
• Stakeholder management — bridging technical and business requirements
• Mentoring of junior consultants and support to enterprise deployments

What we're looking for:

6+ years of experience in implementation consulting or industrial software, strong background in ERP / MES, SQL and enterprise APIs, proven ability to lead complex deployments and manage senior stakeholders. Not a coding role — but technical depth is essential. Strong client-facing skills and strategic thinking are the differentiators.

Across Both Roles

• End-to-end software implementation experience — from kick-off to go-live — is mandatory
• Availability to travel
• Manufacturing or configurable products experience is valued
• ETL and data migration experience is a plus
