Job summary

Ivy Partners, a Swiss consulting firm, seeks a Senior ERP Financial Consultant in Lisbon to analyze requirements and translate them into effective Workday configurations. Qualifications

• 6+ years of ERP experience with hands-on Workday Financials or similar.
• Strong understanding of Finance, Accounting and Procurement processes.
• Experience in ERP implementation, rollout or evolution projects with configuration, testing, and UAT.
• Familiarity with interfaces and integrations (APIs, web services, file-based, middleware).
• Experience with incident and change management tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Contribute to ERP implementation, rollout and evolution projects, namely in Workday, from requirements gathering and configuration through functional testing, UAT, cutover, go-live and hypercare.
• Configure and optimise Workday functionalities to support Finance, Accounting and Procurement processes.
• Provide second-line functional support, managing incidents, service requests and functional issues, and investigating root causes of recurring problems.
• Design, manage and troubleshoot interfaces and integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems.
• Develop knowledge of Workday HR processes to support the implementation and evolution of the platform across HR modules.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear documentation and effective delivery of solutions.

About You

You are our ideal candidate if you:

• Have at least 6 years of experience working with ERP solutions, with hands-on experience in Workday Financials or similar platforms.
• Have a solid understanding of Finance, Accounting and Procurement processes and their application within ERP systems.
• Have experience in ERP implementation, rollout or evolution projects, including functional configuration, testing and UAT, cutover or hypercare.
• Understand system interfaces and integrations, including APIs, web services, file-based integrations or middleware.
• Have experience with incident and change management tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.
• Are analytical, autonomous and comfortable collaborating with functional and technical stakeholders, with openness to learn new modules and processes.
• Are fluent in Portuguese and English.
