Job summary

Ivy Partners, a Swiss consulting firm, seeks a Senior ERP Financial Consultant in Lisbon to analyze requirements and translate them into effective Workday configurations. You will support finance, accounting, and procurement processes through ERP implementations, improvements, and integrations with other enterprise systems.

The role calls for strong collaboration with stakeholders, hands-on Workday experience, and a proactive approach to learning new modules and processes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of ERP experience with hands-on Workday Financials or similar.
• Strong understanding of Finance, Accounting and Procurement processes.
• Experience in ERP implementation, rollout or evolution projects with configuration, testing, and UAT.
• Familiarity with interfaces and integrations (APIs, web services, file-based, middleware).
• Experience with incident and change management tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Contribute to ERP implementation, rollout and evolution projects, notably Workday, from requirements gathering and configuration through testing, UAT, cutover, go-live and hypercare.
• Configure and optimise Workday functionalities to support Finance, Accounting and Procurement processes.
• Provide second-line functional support, managing incidents, service requests and issues.
• Design, manage and troubleshoot interfaces and integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems.
• Develop knowledge of Workday HR processes to support platform evolution across HR modules.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear documentation and effective delivery of solutions.
