Elastic is seeking a Principal Product Manager to serve as the primary product voice for its Security enterprise accounts. You will manage a high‑volume stream of enhancement requests, translate customer needs into a coherent product direction, and work across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering to scale customer relationships.

Qualificações

• 7–10 years of product management experience with at least 4 years in B2B enterprise software.
• Direct experience working with named strategic accounts, including hyperscalers, MSSPs or PubSec is a solid plus.
• Proven ability to turn customer input into shipped, iterated outcomes and influence roadmaps.

Responsabilidades

• Own the enhancement request pipeline across multiple strategic enterprise accounts.
• Translate customer requirements into shipped products with a focus on customer pain points.
• Turn input from strategic accounts into patterns that inform product direction and partnerships.
• Feed validated customer patterns back into core product roadmaps and influence directions.
• Present roadmaps and deprioritizations effectively to senior stakeholders (CISO, CTO, VP of Security Ops).
• Prioritize requirements using RICE, weighted scoring, and clear data-vs-judgment distinctions.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to write actionable requirements with minimal follow-up.
• Navigate contractual vs. internal roadmap tensions and manage communications accordingly.
• Create artifacts (roadmap trackers, dashboards, memos) that provide visibility to customers and internal teams.
