Neptune Software is seeking a Product Manager to bridge customers, internal teams, and the broader community. You will align client needs with Engineering, Solution Consulting, and Marketing, and drive enablement content across channels.

You will explore ideas from clients, market research, and open-source tech, crafting and rolling out comprehensive materials for Academy, e-learning, and trainings. You’ll hands-on with the platform, shaping its value and roadmap.

Qualificações

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in computer science or software product management.
• 3–7 years of software product management or related experience.
• Strong technical aptitude with software architecture concepts and AI tools; coding experience helpful.
• Exceptional strategic communications skills and ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
• Experience with enterprise architecture and advisory insight into market and client needs.
• Customer- and service-oriented mindset with ability to share knowledge and mentor others.
• Ability to build relationships across global teams and customers; work independently and in a team.
• Strategic mindset with attention to detail; fluent in English writing.
• Proficient with Confluence and GitHub for documenting specs and decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Understand the overall market and key players, including open-source tech.
• Collaborate with customers, partners, and community to capture needs and priorities.
• Translate market needs into product requirements and prioritize features.
• Work with Engineering and Solution Consulting to bring ideas to life.
• Lead Business Development in alignment with Customer Success and Sales teams.
• Act as Product Advocate through video content, podcasts, webinars, and releases.
• Co-own product specs, requirements, and release plans.
• Synthesize input from Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and the market to steer direction.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and timely delivery of features.
• Drive internal project management and Pre-Sales topics with Neptune teams.
• Grow developer and partner communities (Neptune Heroes) and create enablement content.
• Maintain a library of Marketplace items and Add-On solutions.
• Contribute to AI Assistant integration rollout and related initiatives.
• Support internal projects to improve quality of work and customer service.
• Help manage and improve the public-facing demo environment.
