Pleo is seeking a Senior Manager of Onboarding to lead our onboarding strategy for enterprise customers. You will direct a team responsible for moving customers from contract to successful implementation, adoption, and measurable value through a structured onboarding experience.

You will partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure executive-level alignment, governance, and timely delivery across regions, entities, and integrations.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in customer onboarding or related field.
• 4+ years leading teams in enterprise onboarding or customer success.
• Experience with large, complex customers across regions.
• Executive presence with CFOs and senior stakeholders.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Sales.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategy for onboarding our biggest, most complex customers and manage the team.
• Oversee end-to-end onboarding from discovery to go-live and handover.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and executives.
• Set governance for programmes with milestones, owners, risks and decisions.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product and Engineering to unblock integrations and risks.
• Drive adoption and value realization beyond go-live.
