Pleo seeks a Senior Application Security Manager to lead vulnerability management and shape the long-term AppSec strategy. You will partner with engineering squads, DevSecOps, and Risk & Compliance to embed proactive security throughout the product lifecycle.

You will mentor engineers, drive automation to scale coverage, and help ensure regulatory readiness across markets, while reporting to the VP of Fraud & Security.

Qualificações

• 10+ years steering application security and information security strategy in a compliance-heavy environment.
• Senior security engineer turned manager with technical depth and hands-on credibility.
• Mentoring engineers and growing teams while ensuring accountability.

Responsabilidades

• Own vulnerability management end to end, including reporting, triage, remediation, and long-term strategy.
• Build risk-ranked remediation plans and clear reporting for leadership.
• Set and deliver an AppSec roadmap with accountability and delivery expectations.
• Partner with engineering squads to embed proactive security processes.
• Scale security coverage through automation and AI, not headcount.
• Mentor engineers toward staff-level capability and leadership.
• Support ISO27001, PCI-DSS, GDPR compliance across markets.
