Tech Mahindra is seeking a Senior Manager, High-Touch Onboarding & Enablement to lead enterprise onboarding programs within our Customer Experience organization. You will own the strategy, operating model, and a team responsible for large, complex customers from contract to value realization.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in Customer Onboarding, Enterprise Implementation, Professional Services, or related field.
• 4+ years in people leadership of onboarding/enterprise teams.
• Proven experience delivering onboarding programs for enterprise technology.
• Strong experience with large, multi-stakeholder customers and complex workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Lead high‑touch onboarding and enablement strategy for large enterprise customers.
• Develop and coach Enterprise Onboarding and Enablement Managers with clear outcomes and timelines.
• Own the onboarding operating model across discovery, planning, integration, adoption, and go‑live.
• Build trusted executive relationships with CFOs and senior leaders and demonstrate business value.
• Guide cross‑functional discussions with Product, Engineering, Solutions, and Security.
