Mollie in Lisbon, Portugal seeks a Systems Engineer to own and improve the platforms powering thousands of Mollies. You will configure and integrate core SaaS tools, drive upgrades, and shape internal tooling toward faster delivery and better collaboration.
In this role you will lead initiatives across Google Workspace, Okta, Jira/Confluence, and HRIS integration with HiBob, while keeping documentation thorough and industry-standard.
Qualificações
- 4+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer or Enterprise Applications Engineer in SaaS environments.
- Advanced Google Workspace administration with GAM; knowledge of Okta, Jira, Confluence, Slack and HiBob.
- SaaS asset management and application lifecycle management principles.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, customer-first mindset and thorough documentation.
Responsabilidades
- Own and continually improve Mollie's enterprise applications platforms.
- Build integrations and automate workflows to reduce manual work and raise reliability.
- Document system configurations, processes and integrations clearly.
- Drive continuous improvement across the enterprise applications portfolio.
