Job summary

Mollie is seeking an Engineering Manager in Lisbon to lead a growing team of engineers focused on the mobile app and web portal. In this role, you will help define and deliver the technical roadmap while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your leadership will ensure a high standard of engineering excellence and influence the development of our core application platform.

This is a unique opportunity to drive impact within a rapidly evolving payments company. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of management experience and deep expertise in frontend and mobile development.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of managing engineering teams in a fast-moving environment.
• Hands-on experience with React Native and/or React, and deep understanding of JavaScript.
• Experience building or maintaining products at medium to large scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of frontend and mobile engineers.
• Drive the architectural direction of the mobile app and web portal.
• Own and improve the app release process.
