Responsibilities

• Build and manage revenue growth, pipeline and account plans across Portugal.
• Prospect greenfield and whitespace accounts; execute structured outreach.
• Develop senior stakeholder relationships; drive customer satisfaction, retention, cross-sell and up-sell.
• Lead strategic account planning with Cloud teams for a unified strategy.
• Coordinate cross-functional Salesforce teams to meet customer needs.
• Articulate Salesforce value through storytelling and industry insights.
