Jobgether is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager for the Fortary Platform in Portugal. You will lead multiple engineering teams responsible for custody, transaction authorization, key management, wallets, and blockchain integrations, shaping architecture and the roadmap for an institutional-scale distributed MPC custody platform.

You will partner with Product, Security, Business Development, and executives to balance regulatory requirements with customer needs, while growing engineering

Qualificações

• 10+ years in software engineering with 5+ years leading production-scale distributed systems teams.
• Experience owning large-scale security-critical platforms from architecture to production.
• Deep cryptography and secure key-management expertise (MPC, threshold signatures, TEEs, HSMs).
• Cloud-native design with Kubernetes, IaC, CI/CD, observability and resilient infra.
• Knowledge of security frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, AML/KYC) and regulatory contexts (SEC, CFTC, OCC, MiCA).

Responsabilidades

• Lead multiple engineering teams delivering custody and blockchain integration capabilities.
• Own architecture, strategy, and roadmap for a distributed MPC custody platform.
• Collaborate with Product, Security, and executives to align tech with customer and regulatory needs.
• Establish engineering practices for security, resilience, and governance as the platform matures.
• Mentor engineering managers and senior engineers and foster a high-performing culture.
