Fortary seeks a Senior Engineering Manager for the Fortary Platform in Portugal. You will lead multiple teams delivering custody, transaction authorization, key management, wallets, and blockchain integrations, owning architecture and roadmaps for a distributed MPC custody platform.

You will collaborate with Product, Security, and executives to align technology with regulatory needs while shaping engineering practices and incident response at scale.

• Collaborate with Product, Security, and executives to align technology with regulatory needs while shaping engineering practices.
• Support incident response at scale and drive reliability and performance improvements across the Fortary Platform.
