Euronext is seeking a hands‑on Head of Engineering – Digital Assets to own the technical architecture, set engineering standards, and lead the build as a player‑coach. This Paris‑based role reports to the CTO Digital Assets and drives two tokenised platforms from design to run.

You will lead end‑to‑end architecture, define on‑chain compliance, and guide custody and security strategies across cross‑functional teams in a fast‑moving capital markets program.

Qualificações

• Seven+ years in solution architecture with at least three years in DLT or blockchain projects.
• Deep distributed‑systems and DLT architecture experience with fluency in EVM and permissioned chains.
• Hands‑on understanding of token standards for regulated securities and on‑chain compliance.
• Secure‑architecture and threat‑modelling skills for 24×7 high‑value financial systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across engineering, business, legal and regulatory.

Responsabilidades

• Own end‑to‑end architecture for digital asset solutions across trading, settlement and custody.
• Design cross‑chain topology with permissioned and public chains for DeFi distribution.
• Define on‑chain compliance models and monitoring for regulatory regimes.
• Architect custody and key management with MPC solutions, including BYOC options.
• Set coding standards, review processes, and secure‑by‑design delivery.
• Lead threat modelling and security architecture through build‑to‑run lifecycle.
• Plan team evolution as products move from build to run and decide build/partner choices.
• Collaborate with product, legal, regulatory, clearing and CSD groups to align with business goals.
