Talkdesk is seeking a software engineer to join our team to develop scalable microservices and APIs in a modern Agile environment. You will work with product teams and fellow engineers to ensure robust, secure software using Git, CI/CD, and automated testing.

Requirements include a BS/MS in CS or related field, 5+ years in software development, strong Java/Kotlin, Spring Boot, SOA/API experience, and familiarity with Kafka or RabbitMQ and cloud databases.

Qualificações

• BS/MS Degree in Computer Science, Applied Math, or an Engineering area.
• 5+ years of experience in Software Development, especially in cloud-based applications.
• Strong experience with the design and development of web applications.
• Strong object-oriented programming skills and experience with cloud databases.
• Proficiency with Kotlin, Java, and Spring Boot.
• Deep understanding of SOA, API design, and Event driven Architectures.
• Experience with microservices, APIs, and message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch.
• Experience scaling global web applications.
• Advocate for automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and product development.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
