Amgen Inc. (IR) in Lisbon, Portugal seeks a Digital Performance Analytics Senior Associate to track and analyze paid media performance. You will support the Digital Analytics Manager, collaborate with brand leads, GCC and media agencies, and help optimize media investment with data-driven insights.

The role requires 3+ years in analytics, familiarity with Google Ads, DV360, and Tableau/Power BI, plus strong Excel/PowerPoint skills. Hybrid work arrangement offered in Lisbon.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of analytics experience in digital media or related field.
• Experience with reporting tools and data visualization.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in collecting, tracking and analyzing media performance metrics across digital channels.
• Maintain and update dashboards in Tableau/Power BI and PowerPoint.
• Support brand reporting needs and provide inputs for strategic reviews.
• Coordinate with media agency partners for timely data delivery.
• Identify data discrepancies and perform QA to ensure accuracy.
• Document business rules and measurement frameworks for reporting workstreams.
• Participate in recurring media reporting cycles and help improve analytics processes.
• Collaborate with brand, GCC, and GCCI stakeholders to integrate insights.
