Natixis in Portugal is seeking a Digital Analyst to analyze, interpret and evaluate the performance of digital journeys, using web analytics and tracking data. You will prepare regular reports and share insights with stakeholders, collaborating with digital teams and maintaining internal tools.

You will provide first-level support on Adobe Analytics, train users, and participate in analytics projects while staying updated on trends and new tools to optimize data analysis.

Qualificações

• Advanced degree in Digital Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Significant experience (minimum of 3 years) in data web analysis.
• Experience in user training and support.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Analytics (certification is a plus) or at least professional experience with GA4
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday).
• Understanding of cookie consent management tools.
• Fluent level of French and English (at least C1 level);
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
• Proficiency in reporting techniques and data visualization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and engage with various stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and detail oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Digital Analysis: Conduct in-depth analyses of web data to evaluate the performance of digital ecosystems.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on digital performance and communicate key insights to stakeholders.
• Support: Provide first-level technical and functional support to users and internal teams on Adobe Analytics, train users and guide them in interpreting data.
• Project Management: Participate in management and tracking of ongoing analytics projects.
• Technology Watch: Stay informed about trends and innovations in digital analytics and evaluate new tools or methodologies.
