VML is seeking a Digital Account Manager to temporarily join our Social Media team. The role is a 6-month freelance contract with a hybrid work model, four days in the office.

The candidate will manage multiple client accounts, ensuring timely execution of 360 campaigns while collaborating with the Social Media Creative & Strategy Lead and other managers. Requirements include 5+ years in account management within an agency, strong knowledge of major social platforms, and fluency in Portuguese

Qualificações

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management and/or client management within an agency context, with a focus on social media.
• Solid knowledge of the social media ecosystem (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, among others).
• Proven experience in overseeing 360 campaigns and content production projects.
• Familiarity with budget management and billing processes in an agency environment.
• Excellent organizational skills, priority management, and attention to detail.
• Communicative and proactive profile with a strong client-oriented focus.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
• Immediate availability will be considered a plus.
• Avaliable and open for a 6-month freelance contract

• Participate in and support shoots and content production, ensuring the connection between the client, the creative team, and production partners.
• Prepare and monitor status reports, contact reports, and project documentation.
• Actively collaborate with the Social Media Creative & Strategy Lead on strategic planning and responding to briefings.
• Identify growth and upsell opportunities within the managed accounts.

We are looking for a Digital Account Manager to temporarily join our Social Media team. The professional will act as a senior reference figure for the accounts, stepping in at key moments of the client relationship and ensuring day-to-day operational and strategic management. This role involves working in close collaboration with the Social Media Creative & Strategy Lead and the Social Media Managers responsible for each account. We are looking for someone with solid experience in account and social media management, capable of handling multiple clients and projects simultaneously with autonomy, rigor, and a results-oriented mindset.
