VML is seeking a driven individual to support digital communities across the agency’s brands, boosting user engagement and social media performance analysis.

You will monitor brand pages, respond to users, conduct sentiment analysis, and help create post plans and reports, in a hybrid internship setting.

Qualificações

• Degree or training in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism or a related field.
• Eligibility for an IEFP professional internship.
• Interest in social media and digital communication.
• Strong written Portuguese skills and good knowledge of English.
• Empathy, organisation, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and TikTok will be valued.
• Previous professional experience is not required.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor brand pages, including comments, messages and mentions.
• Respond to users according to each brand's tone of voice and guidelines.
• Conduct sentiment analysis and identify relevant topics, trends and insights.
• Encourage conversations and promote community engagement.
• Support Social Media Managers in creating post plans and editorial calendars.
• Support performance analysis and the preparation of social media reports.
