VML is seeking a Social Media Account Manager to be embedded within one of our key client teams. You will be the primary contact for social media, managing day-to-day requests and coordinating with the VML account team on higher-complexity briefs.

You will work on-site at the client’s offices with a hybrid approach, aligning business objectives with creative output and maintaining brand dynamism across platforms.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as an Account Manager, Social Media Manager, or Project Manager within an agency or in-house environment.

• Ensure the day-to-day running of platforms and provide agile responses to lower-complexity requests, maintaining brand dynamism and consistency.
• Act as a strategic bridge between the client and the VML team whenever it is necessary to engage the agency for campaigns, projects, or content production.
• Translate internal requirements into clear and effective briefs for the agency team, ensuring deadlines are met and expectations are aligned.
• Advise internal teams on best practices and emerging opportunities within the social media ecosystem.

At VML, we are seeking a Social Media Account Manager to be embedded within one of our key clients’ teams. While you will be a VML employee, you will work on-site at the client’s offices to ensure seamless collaboration.

About the Role

In this role, you will be one of the primary points of contact for Social Media within the client’s organisation. Your mission will be to manage day-to-day operational requests and, strategically, to coordinate with the VML account team on briefs requiring higher complexity, scale, or dedicated production capacity.

This position requires in-depth knowledge of the digital ecosystem, high maturity in stakeholder management, and the ability to align business objectives with the creative output.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, manage, and address daily social media requests from various internal client teams.

• Ensure the day-to-day running of platforms and provide agile responses to lower-complexity requests, maintaining brand dynamism and consistency.

• Act as a strategic bridge between the client and the VML team whenever it is necessary to engage the agency for campaigns, projects, or content production.

Role Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Account Manager, Social Media Manager, or Project Manager within an agency or in-house environment.

• Deep understanding of the social media ecosystem (strategy, formats, and trends).

• Excellent organisational skills, ability to prioritise tasks, and autonomy in problem-solving under pressure.

• High level of professional maturity and diplomacy to manage multiple internal stakeholders and coordinate with the agency team.

• Ability to translate business needs into clear creative directions.

• Native-level Portuguese and professional fluency in English.
