Decskill is seeking a DevOps & Technical Expert to provide Level 3 production support and lead infrastructure projects across on-premises and cloud environments. You will design scalable architectures, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery within scope, time, and budget.

The role emphasizes DevOps, CI/CD, IaC, and cloud transformation, with a focus on security and cost optimization.

Qualificações

Experience providing Level 3 production support in enterprise environments.

Responsabilidades

Provide Level 3 Application Production Support for production environments with high availability.
Lead and coordinate infrastructure projects from design to production rollout.
Design architectures for on-premises and cloud environments.
Coordinate cross-functional technical teams and stakeholders.
Ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget constraints.
Integrate cloud technologies while addressing resilience and cost optimization.
Govern project activities including reporting and risk management.
Define and monitor SLAs and KPIs for support services.
Ensure RUN teams have production readiness and autonomy.
Plan production deployments including out-of-hours windows.
Collaborate with DevOps, FinOps, Infra, Security for improvement.
Promote modern engineering practices like IaC and CI/CD.
Identify opportunities to optimize infra, apps and processes.
