Expleo Group is seeking an experienced Infrastructure/DevOps professional to optimize on-premises environments and automate infrastructure using Ansible. You will build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, support cloud and hybrid setups, and operate Kubernetes workloads while ensuring reliability and incident response.

Strong collaboration and documentation skills are essential. Demanding 7+ years in DevOps/Infra, Proxmox and Linux expertise, plus experience with Prometheus, Grafana, and scripting.

Qualificações

• 7+ years in Infrastructure/DevOps roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with on-prem environments.
• Proxmox (KVM) and Linux administration expertise.
• Ansible (production use).
• Networking fundamentals (IP, VLANs, routing, firewalls).
• Storage & high-availability concepts.
• CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins or similar).
• Monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
• Scripting (Bash, Python or similar).
• Docker & Kubernetes (operational knowledge).
• Basic to intermediate AWS and/or Azure.
• Database administration (PostgreSQL, Oracle).
• Strong ownership, autonomy, and communication skills.
• Professional English.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and optimize on-premises infrastructure (Linux, Proxmox, storage, networking).
• Automate infrastructure using Ansible and IaC principles.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Support cloud (AWS/Azure) and hybrid environments.
• Operate Kubernetes workloads (day-to-day ops & troubleshooting).
• Ensure system reliability, monitoring, and incident response (24/7 on-call).
• Collaborate with teams and maintain technical documentation.
