Responsibilities include Level 1 and Level 2 support, monitoring data processes, and ensuring compliance with GDPR. The ideal candidate should have experience in IT or analytics support and strong communication skills.

Qualificações

• Experience in IT, data, BI/AI, or analytics support or service environment.
• Good understanding of reports, dashboards, datasets, and access controls.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear data requirements.

• Provide Level 1 / Level 2 support for OneData services.
