7.1 Tech Hub, a ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE company based in Porto, Portugal, is looking for a Senior Data Engineer to strengthen its data engineering team and own data pipelines spanning billing, invoicing, Salesforce, and analytics platforms. You will design and run scalable pipelines, ensure data quality, and enable data-driven decisions for Finance, Sales, and Management.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Sales and Product, work with Snowflake, Databricks, and Python, and

Qualifications

• University degree in computer science, information technology or a related technical field, or comparable practical experience
• 6+ years of relevant experience as a Data Engineer, ideally in billing, invoicing or other revenue-related domains
• Strong Python and SQL skills as well as hands-on experience with Airflow, dbt and Snowflake. Also, experience with AI/ML or LLM-based tooling in data or engineering workflows
• Nice-to-haves: Experience with Databricks and Power BI; first experience with Salesforce (data model, APIs or feature development)
• Strong communication and networking skills, with the confidence to represent the Studio71 data team and build effective connections across the 7.1 Tech Hub.
• Fluent in English (Portuguese and/or German language proficiency is a plus)

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain scalable and reliable data pipelines for billing and revenue processes using Python, Airflow and dbt
• Model and optimize data in Snowflake and Databricks to ensure the accuracy, completeness and traceability of invoicing-relevant data
• Integrate data from Salesforce and other source systems and provide trusted datasets and Power BI reports for Finance, Sales and Management
• Use AI and LLM-based tools to automate data processes, improve data quality and accelerate development
• Contribute to general Python projects beyond data pipelines, such as internal tools, automations and services
• Collaborate with our Salesforce engineering on the implementation of billing-related features and continuously improve our way of working in an agile team
