Bosch Service Solutions in Lisbon seeks an experienced Data Engineer to design, build, and operate end-to-end data pipelines for large-scale logistics data assets. You will develop robust data models using Databricks, DBT, and MS Fabric, and implement batch and near-real-time processing for diverse use cases.

The role requires 5 years of related experience, strong Python/PySpark skills, and fluent English. You will join an agile Scrum team, collaborate with key stakeholders, and coach junior

Qualifications

• Master/Bachelor in data engineering or related field.
• 5 years of relevant experience.
• Agile methodologies like Scrum preferred.
• Experience with senior-level Databricks, DBT, Airflow.
• Experience with MS Fabric, MS SQL Server, SSIS.
• Nice to have SAP DataSphere.
• Advanced Python and PySpark skills.
• Familiar with Jira, Confluence, Copilot, MS Office.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate end-to-end data pipelines for large-scale logistics data assets.
• Develop robust data models and transformations using Databricks, DBT and MS Fabric.
• Implement batch and near-real-time processing for operational and analytical use cases.
• Ensure data quality, performance, and reliability.
• Act as squad lead for complex data engineering topics.
• Contribute to architecture decisions, best practices, and standards.
• Coach junior engineers and shape the data engineering community.
• Work in an agile setup (Scrum) with high responsibility and stakeholder interaction.
