Syffer is seeking a Senior BI Engineer to design, develop and maintain enterprise analytics using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI. You will manage large BI environments, implement RLS and collaborate with Data Engineering for scalable data models.

You will translate business requirements into analytics solutions, build centralized datasets and ensure governance across geographies. Fluency in Portuguese and English is required.

Qualificações

• Strong technical expertise in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric
• Strong SQL knowledge
• Data modelling like Star Schema with Fact & Dimension
• Experience with Row-Level Security (RLS)
• Experience managing enterprise Power BI environments
• Experience with Lakehouse, Data Pipelines and/or Warehouses
• Experience integrating data sources (SQL Server, APIs, Cloud platforms)
• Experience with BI governance and deployment pipelines
• Fluent in Portuguese and English

Responsabilidades

• Gather and analyze business requirements in collaboration with business teams
• Translate requirements into scalable analytical solutions
• Design, develop and maintain enterprise analytics using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI
• Manage Power BI Workspaces, Apps, Semantic Models and deployment pipelines
• Implement and maintain Row-Level Security (RLS) across geographies
• Develop and optimize enterprise semantic data models
• Develop metrics and KPIs using DAX
• Build centralized datasets for enterprise reporting
• Ingest and transform data using Microsoft Fabric capabilities
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and Data Platform teams
