LUZA Group in Porto, Portugal, is seeking an experienced Power BI & Microsoft Fabric specialist to translate business requirements into scalable BI solutions and enterprise semantic models. You will design and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards, implement row-level security, manage workspaces and deployment pipelines, and mentor other analysts in a hybrid remote-friendly environment.

Qualificações

• Hands-on experience with Power BI Desktop/Service and semantic modelling.
• Strong SQL and Power Query skills with star-schema modelling.
• Experience managing enterprise Power BI environments (workspaces, Apps, gateways).
• Experience implementing Row-Level Security and BI governance standards.
• Hands-on Microsoft Fabric experience with OneLake, Lakehouse, Warehouse, Data Factory.

Responsabilidades

• Translate business requirements into scalable Power BI and Fabric solutions.
• Design and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards and semantic models.
• Develop metrics and KPI frameworks using advanced DAX.
• Manage Power BI Service workspaces, apps, gateways and deployment pipelines.
• Implement Row-Level Security and access controls.
• Optimize reports and semantic models for performance and scalability.
• Ingest and transform data from SQL, APIs, cloud platforms and files.
• Support governance, data quality, lineage, monitoring and release management.
• Collaborate with technical teams and mentor analysts or developers.
