Creative Fabrica is seeking a Data Analyst who goes beyond dashboards to ask why users behave as they do and what actions to take. You’ll bridge engineering and commercial decisions, delivering reliable data and clear narratives for leadership in a fast-growing company.

You will own data pipelines, build dbt models, and provide proactive analyses that drive growth, finance, and product decisions. This role combines data skills with storytelling and strategic thinking in Lisbon.

Qualificações

• Proven ability to translate data insights into actionable business decisions.
• Experience with data modeling, testing, and documentation in dbt.
• Proficiency in Python for data transformation and tooling.
• Strong understanding of subscription lifecycle and paid acquisition metrics.
• Clear communication of complex data to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Drive business performance through proactive data analysis and actionable insights for leadership.
• Own and evolve data pipelines to keep data fresh and trustworthy.
• Build and maintain dbt models serving Growth, Finance, and Product needs.
• Present findings as clear narratives that influence decisions.
• Monitor pipeline health and push for continuous data quality improvements.
