WIRE IT in Porto seeks a Senior Data Analyst to join our team on a hybrid basis. The role focuses on architecting and deploying enterprise Power BI solutions, leveraging advanced DAX, Power Query, and SQL to deliver robust data models. You will work in a senior capacity with an emphasis on dimensional modeling and English communication.

This is a full-time position based in Porto, Portugal, offering career growth within a dynamic, international company and a people-centered culture.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of professional experience.
• Senior Power BI expertise: end-to-end enterprise solutions.
• Advanced DAX & Power Query: time intelligence and transformations.
• Advanced SQL: optimization, joins, CTEs, window functions.
• Dimensional Modeling: Kimball star schema with facts and dimensions.
• English professional level.

Required skills

• 6+ years of professional experience


• Senior Power BI Expertise: Deep, senior-level experience in architecting and deploying end-to-end enterprise Power BI solutions.


• Advanced DAX & Power Query: Master-level knowledge of DAX (expert in evaluation context, time intelligence, and performance tuning) and complex M/Power Query transformations.


• Advanced SQL: Expert-level SQL querying skills (performance optimization, complex joins, CTEs, and window functions) for data extraction and preparation.


• Dimensional Modeling: Deep theoretical and practical expertise in data warehousing concepts, specifically Kimball methodology (Star Schema, Fact and Dimension tables).
