Qualifications

• 4+ years in operations, strategy, product, or consulting at high-growth firms.
• Proven ability to own projects end-to-end and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and comfort with ambiguity.
• Data-driven mindset and ability to use data tools (Excel/SQL).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own key operational processes for crypto products and scale efficiencies.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives across Engineering, Legal, Product, Risk, and Treasury.
• Design scalable processes meeting regulatory standards across regions.
• Collaborate with crypto issuers, blockchain providers, liquidity venues, and custodians.
• Monitor and improve KPIs for crypto operations and product health.
• Support new market launches and adapt operations to jurisdictional rules.
• Research market best practices and feed roadmap with innovations.
• Partner with Product Managers to influence prioritization and customer experience.
