Merkle, a dentsu company, seeks a senior CRM architect to lead design, customization, and optimization of enterprise CRM solutions. The role involves architecture leadership, mentoring engineers, API integration, and data-driven decision making across loyalty, CGC, and FSC platforms.

You will drive client-facing projects, contribute to the vision, and ensure scalable, maintainable CRM architectures across Salesforce, HubSpot, and Dynamics environments.

Qualificações

• Experience in design, customization, and optimization of CRM platforms.
• Ability to implement scalable CRM solutions with secure data handling.
• Strong knowledge of CRM data models, security, and governance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design and development of complex digital CRM solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Ensure architectural integrity across the SDLC.
• Develop and maintain software architecture documentation.
• Participate in project planning and estimation activities.
• Drive continuous improvement within the development team.
• Act as SME for pitches and client work.
• Contribute to team vision and strategy.
