Merkle, a dentsu company, is seeking an experienced Senior Integration Architect to lead large-scale IT architecture transformations for clients. You will shape holistic technology design, modernize legacy landscapes, and ensure solutions align with business goals.

In this role, you will mentor teams, drive end-to-end integration programs, and collaborate with stakeholders to map strategies that leverage platforms like Mulesoft and ERP systems.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of experience as a Technical Integration Architect.
• At least one end-to-end integration implementation.
• Deep expertise in integration platform design and optimization for digital experience technologies.
• Knowledge of architecture frameworks (TOGAF) and modern IT architectures (cloud, APIs, microservices).

As a Leader, you will guide teams and stakeholders through complex IT transformations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Technical Integration Architecture from design to delivery for our clients.
• Drive implementation across technology platforms (e.g. CMS, DAM, PIM, PLM, ERP).
• Translate complex business and technical needs into scalable, high-performing architectures.
• Mentor teams and provide architectural governance across multi-application environments.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define strategies and roadmaps that align technology with business goals.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience as a Technical Integration Architect with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale integration platforms (e.g. Mulesoft) that meet business needs.
• At least one end-to-end integration implementations as an Integration Architect
• Deep expertise in Integration platform design, integration, and optimization for digital experience technologies.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Fluent in English . German is a plus.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or electronics industries is a plus.
• Official Integration platform certifications are a plus.
• Knowledge of architecture frameworks (TOGAF, etc.) and modern IT architectures(cloud, APIs, microservices).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
