BrickRed Systems is seeking a Senior Creative Designer to lead the design of brand experiences across digital, social, and campaigns. You will translate objectives into clear visual concepts, develop systems from ideation to production, and collaborate with senior teams to maintain brand integrity.

You will drive excellence, manage several projects, and present ideas to stakeholders while contributing to a culture of innovation and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualificações

• 7–9+ years of professional design experience.
• Experience developing creatives for integrated campaigns.
• Strong branding, visual identity and design systems understanding.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design and execution of high-quality assets across digital, social, campaigns, presentations and brand experiences.
• Translate objectives into clear, compelling visual concepts.
• Develop concepts, visual systems, layouts and directions from ideation to final production.
• Collaborate with Art Directors, Creative Directors, Marketing, Brand, Content and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure brand guidelines while pushing visual language forward.
• Manage multiple projects with attention to detail and quality.
• Present concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
• Foster culture of creative excellence, experimentation, collaboration and continuous improvement.
