Neo Group is recruiting a Lead Brand Designer to shape and evolve the visual identity across brands and products, ensuring consistency in marketing, SMM, CRM, and product teams. You will set creative direction, develop brand guidelines, and mentor designers to foster a brand-focused approach.

The role emphasizes collaboration with designers and stakeholders to maintain a high visual standard and drive brand strategy across multiple channels.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in brand design or a similar role.
• Strong portfolio with visual identities and brand systems.
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience creating and implementing brand guidelines across teams.
• Ability to translate business goals into visual solutions.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
