BrickRed Systems is seeking a Senior Creative Designer (Graphic Designer 4) to join our global creative team. You will lead the design and execution of high-quality assets across digital, social, campaigns, and brand experiences, translating business goals into clear visual concepts and developing systems from ideation through production.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Lead design and execution of high-quality creative assets across digital, social, campaigns, presentations, and brand experiences.

• Develop visual systems and design directions from ideation through production.
• Collaborate with Art Directors, Creative Directors, Marketing, Brand, Content, and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure brand guidelines are followed while evolving the visual language.
• Manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail and craft quality.
• Present concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.

We're looking for a Senior Creative Designer (Graphic Designer 4) to join our creative team and bring strong visual thinking, exceptional design craft, and a deep understanding of brand storytelling to high-impact projects.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design and execution of high-quality creative assets across digital, social, campaigns, presentations, and brand experiences
• Translate business and marketing objectives into clear, compelling visual concepts
• Develop creative concepts, visual systems, layouts, and design directions from ideation through final production
• Partner closely with Art Directors, Creative Directors, Marketing, Brand, Content, and cross-functional teams
• Ensure creative work is aligned with brand guidelines while pushing the visual language forward
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and design quality
• Present and communicate creative concepts effectively to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
• Contribute to a culture of creative excellence, experimentation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

• 7-9+ years of professional experience in graphic design, visual design, brand design, or a related creative discipline
• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design, typography, composition, layout, and storytelling
• Experience developing creative for integrated campaigns and multiple channels
• Strong understanding of branding, visual identity, and design systems
• Ability to take an ambiguous brief and turn it into a clear, compelling creative solution
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to collaborate with senior creative stakeholders and cross-functional partners
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Advanced proficiency with industry-standard creative tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with Figma and/or motion tools is a plus
