Zumub is seeking a Creative Director to oversee the brand's direction and ensure a cohesive, impactful identity across markets. You will craft concepts, copy and campaigns for social media, product launches, and paid media, while guiding production on photo and video shoots.

You will lead a hands-on team, shaping brand storytelling, collaborating with Design, Social Media, and Performance Marketing, and staying ahead of trends to keep the brand relevant.

Qualificações

• Degree in Communication, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in creative/brand/content leadership.
• Strong portfolio showing strategic direction, copywriting and hands-on production.
• Excellent writing and storytelling; ability to adapt tone across channels.
• Experience with creative production including photo/video shoots, scripting and storyboarding.
• Strong leadership, collaboration and project management with autonomy.
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, fitness or lifestyle is a plus.
• Fluent in Portuguese and independent in English (required).

Responsabilidades

• Define and oversee the brand’s creative direction across channels and markets.
• Develop creative concepts, copy and campaigns for multiple channels.
• Lead major campaigns from concept to delivery and participate in photo/video production.
• Own the brand voice and collaborate with Design, Social Media and Marketing teams.
• Mentor creative teams and drive adoption of new formats and trends.
