Revolut is seeking a seasoned Graphic Designer to drive brand processes and projects from discovery to delivery. You will shape brand systems and visual assets, collaborating with Product, Marketing, and other teams to translate business goals into compelling creative across channels.

The role emphasizes leading design projects end to end with a strong portfolio and hands-on expertise in Adobe CC and Figma. Join a fast-moving, inclusive environment that values craft and impact.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of experience as a graphic or brand designer.
• Track record of building and evolving brand systems across campaigns, products, or businesses.
• Portfolio showing strategic thinking, creativity, and polished execution across visual design, motion, editorial, digital, and social formats.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud and prototyping tools, such as Figma.
• Experience leading design projects independently, with the ability to mentor and coordinate other designers, motion specialists, or 3D artists as needed
• Great judgement and the confidence to influence stakeholders and guide creative direction
• Excellent communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Leading the development and evolution of documentation, design systems, and brand guidelines
• Shaping high-quality visual assets and motion design that bring the brand to life across channels
• Partnering closely with Product, Marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders to define creative solutions that support business and project goals
• Directing the creation of design references, mood boards, scamps, storyboards, and animatics to clearly communicate concepts and creative intent
• Owning projects end to end, from concept through delivery, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment at every stage
• Managing multiple priorities and deadlines across parallel workstreams while maintaining a high standard of execution
