Zumub is seeking a Brand Creative Strategist to lead and shape the brand’s creative direction across markets. You will conceptualize campaigns, write ideas for activations, and actively participate in photo/video productions to ensure consistency with the brand vision.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent writing, and the ability to transform strategy into practical execution while collaborating with design and content teams.

Qualificações

• Degree in Communication, Marketing, or similar field (preferred).
• Proven experience in a creative leadership role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both strategic creative work and hands-on content production.
• Excellent writing and idea development skills.
• Experience with creative production, including photo/video shoots, scripting, and storyboarding.
• Ability to combine creative strategy with practical execution.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Fluent in Portuguese and independent in English (required).

Responsabilidades

• Shape and oversee the brand’s creative direction across markets and channels.
• Conceptualize and write ideas for campaigns, social media, and activations.
• Participate in photo and video productions, briefing, scripting, on-set decisions.
• Drive creative development and delivery of major campaigns from launches to partnerships.
• Deliver cohesive storytelling across digital, social, retail and customer experience.
• Guide designers, content creators and brand specialists to high creative standards.
