Job summary

Axians is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Delivery Engineer – CPE in Lisbon to drive end-to-end delivery of residential CPE devices, firmware releases, and validation. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, and ensure stable post-launch support across gateways, ONTs, and Wi‑Fi assets.

English proficiency is required. You will engage with suppliers, validate installations, and contribute to security, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in technical delivery, integration, or telecommunications.
• Experience with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on with residential gateways, ONTs, Wi‑Fi access points, extenders, or firmware release processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of CPE devices and firmware releases.
• Monitor milestones, risks, dependencies, and timelines.
• Coordinate testing and validation activities for release readiness.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues using logs and data.
• Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to align priorities.
• Communicate project status and key decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support security and vulnerability management and release planning.
• Promote continuous improvement in processes, documentation, and automation.
