Job summary

ManpowerGroup GBS Portugal in Porto is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to lead planning, forecasting, analysis, and reporting, partnering with Finance and operational stakeholders to drive strategic financial performance.

The role requires strong modelling, budgeting, and variance analysis skills, with a track record of guiding senior leaders and mentoring junior team members within a dynamic multinational environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in FP&A or related function in a multinational.
• Experience delivering insights to senior leadership.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and modelling skills.
• Proven ability to lead projects and mentor juniors.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes with accurate, timely delivery.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast future performance.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
• Partner with Finance Business Partners and stakeholders to support planning cycles.
• Identify risks and opportunities and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with business objectives.
• Lead FP&A projects and process improvements.
• Provide mentorship to junior team members.
