Job summary

Wire IT, based in Portugal, is hiring an IT Project Manager (Cloud Migration) for Lisbon. The role is hybrid: 70% remote, 30% on-site in Lisbon, Portugal.

You will lead high-complexity technology projects, drive cloud migrations in phased waves, and coordinate with senior stakeholders while ensuring SLAs are met. Requirements include 5+ years of project management, leadership and strategic planning, PMP/PRINCE2/IPMA certifications, and fluency in Portuguese.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing high-complexity technology projects.
• Proven track record leading cloud migration projects, delivered in phased migration waves.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning and project execution skills.
• Experience monitoring and ensuring strict compliance with SLAs.
• Experience coordinating technical teams and managing relationships with senior public sector stakeholders.
• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner and/or IPMA Level C or higher.
• Fluency in Portuguese.
