Job summary

Wire IT, based in Portugal, is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead complex technology projects from Lisbon. You will coordinate the technical team, manage migration waves, and ensure SLAs while engaging with Lisbon City Council (CML).

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and technical coordination roles.
• Proven experience managing complex technology projects, particularly cloud migration initiatives.
• Overall responsibility for coordinating the technical team and liaising with Lisbon City Council (CML)
• Ability to define strategic project plans and oversee phased project execution, including migration waves
• Experience monitoring project performance and ensuring strict compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Strong leadership, organisational and technical team coordination skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including engagement with CML management
• Mandatory project management certification: PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or IPMA Level C or higher
