Job summary

Expleo is seeking an experienced Windows Server and infrastructure administrator to join our Lisbon-area team. You will manage Windows Server environments on VMware and Azure, ensure platform stability, and uphold security and access controls in hybrid AD/Entra ID setups.

The role involves incident handling, change management, and automation via PowerShell, Terraform, and ADO pipelines. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Windows Server and infrastructure admin.
• Hands-on VMware and Azure infrastructure experience.
• Experience with Active Directory and Entra ID, including hybrid environments.
• Good understanding of DNS and core infrastructure services.
• Experience with ITSM processes, including incident, service request, change management, and CAB.
• Experience working with Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• 5+ years of experience in Windows Server and infrastructure administration.
• Administer Windows Server on VMware and Azure, including build, patching, config, and monitoring.
• Perform daily production checks, monitoring and alerts for stability.
• Manage hybrid Active Directory and Entra ID, including identity lifecycle and access security.
• Apply security and least-privilege standards across infrastructure.
• Resolve incidents/requests via ITSM and Azure DevOps; perform root-cause analysis.
• Implement changes per change management and CAB processes.
• Automate tasks with PowerShell, Terraform, and Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Maintain technical docs, procedures and runbooks.
• Support troubleshooting and communicate findings to stakeholders.
