Expleo in Lisbon, Portugal, seeks an experienced Windows Server and infrastructure administrator to join our enterprise IT team. You will manage VMware, Microsoft Azure, Active Directory/Entra ID, DNS, and related core services to ensure security, availability and compliant operations.

You will automate tasks with PowerShell and Terraform, handle incidents via ITSM and Azure DevOps, and maintain runbooks and documentation for global infrastructure projects.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in Windows Server administration.
• Experience with VMware and Microsoft Azure infrastructure.
• Experience with Active Directory and Entra ID including hybrid environments.
• Good understanding of DNS and core infrastructure services.
• Experience with ITSM processes including incident, service request, change management, and CAB.
• Experience working with Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform daily production checks, monitoring, and alert reviews to ensure platform stability and availability.
• Manage and support hybrid Active Directory and Entra ID environments, including identity lifecycle, synchronization, access management, and security best practices.
• Ensure security and least-privilege standards are consistently applied across infrastructure environments.
• Manage and resolve incidents and service requests through ITSM and Azure DevOps, including root cause analysis and resolution ownership.
• Implement infrastructure and configuration changes following established change management and CAB processes.
• Automate repetitive tasks and infrastructure provisioning using tools such as PowerShell, Terraform, and Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation, procedures, and runbooks.
• Support infrastructure troubleshooting and provide effective technical communication to relevant stakeholders.
