iTRTech Group in Lisbon seeks a Senior Camunda Solution Architect to lead enterprise‑grade process automation in a large banking environment. The role blends architecture design with hands‑on development using Camunda across teams.

You will design orchestration strategies, implement BPMN 2.0/DMN workflows, and mentor engineers while ensuring scalable, observable, and reliable solutions. English at B2+ is mandatory and hybrid work is offered.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of professional experience with Camunda.
• Hands-on Camunda 8 (Zeebe) or Camunda 7.
• Experience designing enterprise process orchestration solutions.
• Advanced Java development skills.
• Strong Spring Boot experience.
• Extensive BPMN 2.0 and DMN knowledge in production.
• Experience integrating REST APIs, messaging platforms, and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Ability to communicate trade-offs to technical and business stakeholders.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above.

Responsabilidades

• Design enterprise-wide process orchestration architectures using Camunda.
• Define integration strategies, deployment models, scalability approaches, and automation standards.
• Design and implement complex business processes using BPMN 2.0 and DMN.
• Develop Camunda 8 workers, connectors, reusable components, and proof-of-concept solutions.
• Build integrations with REST APIs, messaging platforms, and event-driven architectures.
• Establish best practices for process modeling, versioning, testing, migration, and governance.
• Ensure production resilience through observability, monitoring, incident management, and troubleshooting.
• Mentor development teams, perform technical reviews, and guide architectural decisions.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable automation solutions.
