Capgemini Portugal, within the Data & AI consulting team, is seeking a Business Intelligence Manager to lead end-to-end BI and Analytics projects for clients. You will manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and cross-functional teams, delivering data-driven solutions across the full project lifecycle.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in BI/Data Analytics, strong stakeholder management, and experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.

Qualificações

• Experience leading BI and Data Analytics projects from concept to delivery.
• Strong understanding of BI and Analytics concepts and best practices.
• Proven ability to manage client engagements and project budgets.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of BI and Data Analytics consulting projects.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and delivery plans.
• Lead initiatives across the full BI project lifecycle, from requirements to deployment and post-go-live support.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including BI consultants, Data Analysts, Data Engineers, and Developers.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards, timelines, and client expectations.
• Oversee data modelling, reporting, dashboard development, testing, deployment, and adoption.
• Act as primary contact for client stakeholders throughout delivery.
