Capgemini Engineering in Lisbon seeks a skilled Business Intelligence Developer/Analyst to turn data into actionable insights. You will design dashboards, build data pipelines, and collaborate with business teams to deliver robust BI solutions in a hybrid work setting.

You will apply Power BI, Tabular models, MS SQL Server, and Python to ensure data quality and scalability while supporting decision-makers with clear analytics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a BI or Data Analyst/Developer role.
• Strong hands-on in Power BI and Tabular models.
• Solid MS SQL Server knowledge, including query writing and data modelling.
• Practical experience with Python for data processing, automation, or analytics.
• Excellent data quality awareness and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards leveraging Tabular models.
• Building and optimising data pipelines and queries using MS SQL Server for accuracy and performance.
• Using Python to support data processing, automation, and analytics tasks.
• Collaborating with business teams and data owners to translate requirements into scalable BI solutions.
• Identifying data quality issues and driving continuous improvement.
