Job summary

Capgemini Portugal’s Data & AI consulting team is seeking a Business Intelligence Manager to lead end-to-end BI and analytics delivery. You will oversee projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage client engagements to ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes.

The role requires deep BI knowledge, experience with Power BI/Tableau/Qlik, data warehousing, and cloud platforms, along with strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in BI, analytics, or data management.
• Experience managing consulting projects and client engagements.
• End-to-end BI/Analytics delivery experience.
• Strong BI/Analytics principles understanding.
• Experience with modern cloud data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of BI and Data Analytics consulting projects.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and delivery plans.
• Lead BI lifecycle from requirements to deployment and post-go-live.
• Coordinate BI consultants, data engineers, developers.
• Ensure quality, timelines, and client expectations.
• Oversee data modelling, reporting, dashboards, testing, deployment, adoption.
• Act as primary client contact throughout delivery.
