Job summary

ITDS Portugal is seeking a Senior Application Support Analyst to support BATICA 787 for Crédit Agricole Group. This Lisbon-based role offers a hybrid work model and a chance to help ensure stable, secure access to vital financial data for hundreds of professionals.

You will provide Level-2 incident resolution, conduct investigations, and collaborate with development teams to implement preventive actions and improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in application support, preferably in banking/financial data.
• Strong incident management and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with secure web applications and API platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level-2 support for BATICA 787 and resolve incidents.
• Perform functional and technical investigations.
• Collaborate with development teams to coordinate resolution and improvements.
• Conduct root cause analysis and participate in problem management.
• Maintain production stability via monitoring and preventive actions.
• Contribute to continuous service improvement projects.
• Document procedures, incident reports and knowledge articles.
• Assist migrations from BATICA 556 to BATICA 787 with minimal disruption.
