Job summary

Inetum is seeking a Senior 3rd Line Azure Engineer & Technical Customer Contact to deliver expert-level Azure infrastructure support and act as the primary technical liaison for assigned customers.

You will combine advanced Azure skills with strong customer engagement, coordinating technical activities and driving continuous service improvement across managed services. Excellent English and enterprise support experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure or cloud operations.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Experience in Managed Services or enterprise support environments.
• Experience leading complex technical incidents and change implementations.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced 3rd line support for Azure and Microsoft infrastructure platforms.
• Investigate and resolve complex incidents and problem tickets.
• Lead technical implementation of changes, upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate technical activities required for RFCs, maintenance, and patching schedules.
• Support incident management and post-incident reviews.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
